At our School Based Health Centers (SBHC) we provide medical and behavioral health (counseling) services. We have a family nurse practitioner and a social worker on site to provide services to students. We serve as a mini “urgent care” and we can manage anything from a the common cold, sinus infections to managing asthma, diabetes and much more. We also do  annual physical exams and sporty physicals.

1. We want children to be healthy, a child who is healthy can focus better and will have a bright future.
2. School Attendance is important! Students and parents can access services in school and students go right back to class.
3. Support Parent! By having a SBHC, parents can benefit from having their kid seen at school, which prevents them from missing work.

No problem! We will see your child at the school based health center and we can fax the visit notes to the primary care provider.

En nuestros centros de salud escolares proveemos servicios médicos y de consejería. Tenemos una enfermera practicante y una trabajadora social (consejera) que puede consultar con los estudiantes. Somos como un mini “urgent care” y podemos consultar a estudiantes con un resfrió común, alergias asta casos mas complejos como diabetes y asma. También hacemos exámenes anuales y exámenes físicos de deporte.

1. Queremos que los niños estén sanos, un estudiante sano aprende más.  
2. ¡Asistencia a la escuela es primordial! Al tener un centro de salud, podemos ver a los estudiantes y pueden regresar a clase.
3. ¡Ayudar a los Padres! Los padres se benefician ya que no tienen que faltar al trabajo para llevarlos al doctor.

¡No importa! Nosotros podemos ver a su hijo/a y podremos mandarle las notas de la visita a su doctor primario.
