Francis T. Casci
DDS Chief Dental Officer
As Chief Dental Officer, Francis Toby Casci provides guidance and leadership for our entire dental staff. He also provides dental care for our patients at our Las Cruces Dental Clinic and has been with La Clinica de Familia close to 20 years. Prior to joining LCDF, Dr. Casci served in the US Air Force. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. In addition, Dr. Casci received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.

Nicole Gonzales
DDS
Nicole Gonzales DDS is a local New Mexican from Gallup, NM. She Graduated with her B.S. in Biology with a minor in biochemistry from New Mexico State University and was a member of the NMSU Sundancers. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Creighton University in Omaha, NE gaining valuable experience and knowledge. She’s excited to be back in her home state serving her community.

Dr. Angelica Lagasca is a general dentist practicing at our Central location. Ironically, when she was a child, she feared the very thing she would become. Her fear inspires her to always put the comfort and safety of her patients first. Educated in New York at Columbia University (Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences) and then New Jersey at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (Doctor of Dental Medicine), she is excited to bring her clinical experience to the “new” New Mexico to work under her guiding vision: to help others achieve the comfort, confidence, and fulfillment that comes from oral health. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, knitting, and appreciating the natural beauty of the desert and the Organ Moun- tains.

Bharani Bhattu

Bharani Bhattu, DDS is our Dental Director and cares for patients at our East Mesa Dental Clinic. Dr. Bhattu completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in his home country of India; he cared for patients for many years on a volunteer basis. He obtained his MBA in Health Care from the University of Findlay in Ohio and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California – San Francisco, School of Dentistry.

DMD Dental Director
Srikanthi Saladi, DMD is the Dental Director and cares for patients at our Sunland Park Dental Clinic. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery in Hyderabad, India. While at the University of South Florida, Dr. Saladi acquired her Masters in Science in Bio Technology and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Boston University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Abdullah Shah, DDS is from the Albuquerque area and is happy to be practicing in his home state. He went to the University of New Mexico for his Bachelors degree where he graduated Summa Cum Laude & with other honors. He then went on to attain his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) at the Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE where he received several awards in research, endodontics, implants, community service, leadership, and as the youngest graduate in his class. He has been serving Sunland Park and the community at large since 2023.

Dr. Arndt provides dental care to patients at our Chaparral location, where she is committed to helping individuals achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Dr. Arndt earned her Bachelor’s degree in her home state of Indiana and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine in El Paso, Texas, graduating in the inaugural class at the Hunt School of Dental Medicine.
